Exclude individual products or categories from earning the customer reward points click on Customer Loyalty Rewards->Excluded Categories/Products and add the products or categories that you wish to exclude.
Lookup or edit customer points balances on Customer Loyalty Rewards->Customer Maintenance
Powerful Customer Loyalty Rewards Report - reports on all orders that have had points earned or redeemed on them. Variable output formats for the results, Screen Display, Printer Format or CSV Export. Points are displayed as both a points number and their currency value.
Customer My Account Order History displays points earned on that order and any points currency value redeemed.
NOTE - all points earned are calculated net of shipping, tax and points currency value redeemed
